Client Brief

- Start by meeting with the client and viewing their property
- Introduce the design team to agree the scope of works and design brief
- Establish outline budgets and timescales
- We will carry out initial feasibility followed by a written proposal to the client

Concept Design

- The design team will create a unique design scheme to suit the clients requirements
- Sketch layouts will be produced showing space utilisation, structural modifications and furniture layouts
- We will produce presentation boards showing recommended colour schemes and soft furnishing proposals

Detailed Design

- All client-approved design elements are drawn up in detail
- Materials, colours and specifications are detailed both on drawings and schedules to inform our craftsman and ensure control over every finished detail
- Presentation of drawings to the client for final approval

Cost & Procurement

- Once all the design detail has been agreed, the final estimate is presented
- Once approved by the client, the team manage every stage of procurement to ensure the highest quality is achieved and that goods are delivered to the client on time

Construction & Project Management

- Overall programme is drawn up and agreed with the client allowing progress to be managed weekly
- Construction work begins in the property
- Weekly site meetings are held with the contractors to resolve any issues that arise

 

Handover & Dressing

- Once the construction works are complete our design team
coordinate the delivery and positioning of all furniture and soft furnishings
- Our team can assist the client in sourcing hand-picked objects such as decorative vases and artwork to give each room its unique look
- Our team will demonstrate all new equipment to the client, provide operating manuals as well as manufacturers recommendations for
cleaning and maintenance
- Snagging issues are agreed with the client on handover and
resolved quickly and efficiently to ensure the least disruption
to the client
